In 1951, Herold Rubin, a sales manager of Spartus Camera Co. bought the company and renamed it to Herold Mfg. In 1956 the name of this company was changed to "Herold Products Co." and later, in 1960 back to "Spartus Corporation". Around 1964 this company moved to the clocks manufacturing business. |
