My best bet is that it is from T Eaton. ( A Canadian department store chain, which around in the 1910s started to make a few of there own cameras and named then “Teco”) I am not fully sure because they also sold other cameras from different brands. The camera says “emerald” on the handle. I believe it takes 120 film. the manufacturer number is 1730 if that helps as well it has the number 830 in the inside. If anyone can help that will be greatly appreciate.

I recently got this camera it has seen better days, but I got it because I have never seen one before.

AI identified this as the "Ensign Emerald" which is not currently listed here on Collectiblend. I found one listed on eBay that looks exactly like yours: https://www.ebay.com/itm/194279683377.
