It dates from around 1904 given information I found regarding the change from a focal plane shutter to a shutter with two blades behinds the lens.
The ground glass is complete though a little cloudy, the mirror is complete but well worn, you can see an image but it would either need re-silvering to keep original integrity of the camera as a whole, or replacing at worse.
It has not been used at all for a very long time, the focus hood being folded up for so long it takes an effort to get it to stand correctly, the speed indicator is missing and also the shutter is jammed half shut/open.
On the plus side the mirror mechanism locks up and releases well, the lens is clear although has some damage to the wood mount but it does not leak light, and there is s single slide holder with it.
Will attach some pics, wondering if anyone can shed any more light on it .. no pun intended ..
