This is a misnomer as it has no connection with the Yashica Atoron range and is not based on the 167MT but is a stripped down version of the Contax 137MD (just look at the top plate). It comes in a wide variety of guises - some have no mirror assembly, most have no metering, self-timers and flash-sockets may be missing, and the majority use external power sources and utilise 3, 5, 8 or 11 pin connectors to take power, execute shutter commands, and metering where applicable. Most of them have been paired with oscilloscopes (no need for meters) or microscopes (no mirrors to avoid camera shake at such high resolutions). I have 4 of them and no 2 are the same; most have the CGCM logo in large letters on the front of the pentaprism and then in small letters above the serial number on the back but I also have one that only has the CGCM logo on the back.
